FACILITY INFORMATION
Charges for Function Rooms:
The
first four hours of room use are free, afterwards
the
cost is $300.00 per hour of use.
Choice of Function Room:
Function
rooms are assigned according to the type of
function
and availability. With advanced notice to you
we
reserve the right to relocate your group to a room
more
suitable to your needs if deemed necessary.
Function Deposits:
A
$500 deposit is required. The deposit will
be deducted
from the final bill. A deposit will be refunded
if we are
notified with a written notice 2 months prior
to function
date.
Payment and Billing:
Final
payment is required at the completion of your
function.
Audio Visual:
Available
on a complimentary basis:
 Screens
 Podium
Food and Beverage:
Separate
checks are not available.
Menu
selections must be made two weeks prior to
function
date.
A
guarantee meal count is required 1 week in advance.
Prices do not include 7% tax and 18% gratuity
and are
